Hi Lucy,

A tutorial for RNA-seq is here: https://github.com/nekrut/galaxy/wiki/Reference-based-RNA-seq

There is a one-account per user quota at Galaxy Main http://usegalaxy.org. Details: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Main

Using more than one account will trigger a duplicate detection and the risk of all data being deleted and the accounts removed is possible - so please avoid that. The disk quota is fixed at 250 GB.

To free up disk for analysis, permanently delete data. How to: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/ManagingDatasets#Delete_vs_Delete_Permanently

If your work is large, moving to a local or cloud Galaxy where you can control the resources is the best alternative. More: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/BigPicture/Choices

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
