I'm encountering an error at step 2.2, sorting exons by SNP count, as described at https://usegalaxy.org/u/aun1/p/galaxy101 . I've attempted to redo all of the steps multiple times so as to eliminate any possible errors, but I keep generating the same results; Exon ID uc003bhh.4_cds_0_0_chr22_46256561_r has the highest number of SNPs (31). However, the tutorial presented the highest number of SNPs per exon to be 63. Furthermore, the exon that supposedly has 63 SNPs (ID uc010gqp.3_cds_0_0_chr22_15690078_f) only has 16 SNPs within my dataset. Are these inconsistencies likely due to an error on my behalf, or are they due to an update of the SNPs dataset since the tutorial was created? Any suggestions?
