Hi Daniel, after manual recalculation "Usage is unchanged at 196.7 GB." please write us at
galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org

Dear Galaxy,
This issue is still persisting and preventing us from running any jobs...could you please try and recalculate again? There is no data on the account but it still registers ~ 160 Gb.
