Question: Jobs in queue for so long time and seem interpreted

Hi, I want to do the RNA-seq analysis but the uploading files are in queue for a day but normally they should be in few minutes. And the other processes of Groomer and Bowtie are all in queue. Do you know what is the problem? My data are too large? The quota disk is not enough? Could you help me figure out? My account is dzz0008, if you need to check.
