Question: Tabular to Excel

Hi there, I have a cuffdiff output in a TABULAR format file and I'd like to convert it to an excel format. Is that possible?

I would discourage you as a scientist from working with .xls and recommend using some simpler and readable formats like .csv or .tsv They are open, free, human-readable, less prone to errors, smaller and have existing suit of tools.
