I performed Deseq analysis on galaxy and after getting the tabular file with the genes and p values I changed the format into excel in order to open it. I switched the format to tabular again but I have lost the headers. Is there a way to get them back?

Best, Mirjam

Hello,

If Excel is reformatting the data in some way, try downloading it from Galaxy again. Cycling data through other tools (especially Excel) can introduce odd formatting changes.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
