Hi,

I want to run the MACS program on my mapped reads from the Galaxy server to do peak calling. However, Galaxy doesn't have the genome I mapped my reads to on the server. Is there a way to add/ upload a genome or do I have to put in a request? The genome I used is S. purpuratus v 3.1

Thanks,

Sarah

Hello,

Please see section 2.13 of the Galaxy support wiki for how to use a Custom Reference Genome (including the creation of a Custom Build).
