Question: There is a link to view human hg19 but not hg38 bed files using UCSC. Why?

I am working my way through the Galaxy 101 tutorial. When I use hg19 data I have the option of viewing the bed files using IGB, Ensembl, RViewer, and the UCSC browser. However, when I perform the same query with hg38 data I only have the option of viewing it with IGB.
Am I doing something wrong or missing something?
