Does Galaxy have capabilities to do Variant Call among TRIOS (parent/child) or any other TRIO analysis tools?

See the tools in the category Variant Analysis in the Galaxy Main Tool Shed for the choices. If the tool you wish you use is not present or does not have the option implemented (for example, VarScan does not have the trio option added to the tool form (yet)), the target tool or option could be wrapped for use in Galaxy.

The majority of these tools would be for use in a local or cloud Galaxy.
