Question: Error and job completion notification via email

Is it possible to have an error message sent to an e-mail address automatically upon failure?  Also, can an e-mail be sent to a user after all processes in a particular history have completed?  Both questions pertain to local installations of Galaxy.

Jobs included in a workflow have a notification option to send an email when complete. There is no email functionality for when a job errors (but this could be requested at Galaxyproject/galaxy Github under Issues).

Here is what the email option will look like in the workflow editor (on right column of job parameters).
