Job waiting to run

To whom it may concern,

I am trying to run a bowtie with Illumina, but I have been waiting for at least 15 minutes and it has not finished. I think it has not even started because it says "job waiting to run". My classmate did the same thing, it took her less than 5 minutes and we are in the same place, so I don't think it is my internet connection. Any ideas of what is going on?
