Good morning,

I have a problem with Galaxy, I had installed Flexbar, on "manage installed tool" is reported that it is installed correctly, but when I have tried to use the tool I had this error:

Fatal error: Exit code 1 (Error!)
sh: 1: flexbar: not found

What could be the problem?

Thank you for the attention.

Thank you very much for your response. I have downloaded flexbar and extracted the .tar. gz, but I do not understand what I have to do now. I am sorry but I am using Linux from few weeks. Could you help me?

Thank you in advance.

Hello, This type of help on the web explains how to install binaries and dependencies. If using a different OS, then another search will almost certain fetch you the exact instructions. Hope this helps! Jen, Galaxy team

Somehow the tool doesn't list flexbar as a dependency, so you should install the software itself manually.

You can download flexbar from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/flexbar/files/2.5/

Installation is just extracting the .tar.gz file and placing the included binary file somewhere on your file path.

Do note that this software seems to require some other libraries to installed as well, such as libtbb.so.2 which is the Intel TBB library.

Let me know if that works.
