Question: JBrowse error - No module named 'Bio'

I installed jbrowse tool with no problem, but on run it gives:

Would you mind trying to re-install the tool / fix the tool's dependencies? It is missing BioPython which should have been installed as part of the package installation.

This package seems to have incredible issues installing properly, I've never understood why. My apologies for the trouble.

Hi Eric,

I will reinstall it, but just checked, the Jbrowse is "green"-marked "installed" which should mean all dependencies should be ok? also: biopython 1.66 Conda , inside Jbrowse have a green check?

I have reinstalled BioPython 1.66, again was installed with green status, but got the same error?
