Hi,

have a look at this paper that describes the BLAST+ integration in Galaxy: http://www.gigasciencejournal.com/content/4/1/39

If you are admin you can install all wrappers via the Tool Shed. If you are not an admin you should contact them.

Cheers,

Bjoern

Hello,

I am facing other problem now. I installed galaxy as local galaxy using ubuntu in virtual box. I followed the james video and stuck in between. I lunched command sh run.sh and i got output as ~ middleware: /plugins/visualizations/scatterplot/static, ./config/plugins/visualizations/scatterplot/static galaxy.queue_worker INFO 2015-09-09 12:00:59,171 Binding and starting galaxy control worker for main Starting server in PID 4215. serving on http://127.0.0.1:8080 <http: 127.0.0.1:8080="">. then i moved to http://127.0.0.1:8080 <http: 127.0.0.1:8080=""> in my chrome and logged using my email id and password.

In video it shows that there will another tab "Admin" on top in line of Help etc., but i did not able to see like that even i refreshed many times.

Please find attached screenshot

Best, Chintan

You will only see the admin tab if you configure yourself as administrator. Edit the *admin_users* setting in config/galaxy.ini.
