Hi- I seem to be having the same issue as several others. In my account, the amount of memory shown as being used is 43%, even though I only have ~2GB loaded into histories.  Can I have the memory in my account reset when you get a chance?

Thank you,

Stacie

Hello,

I was able to confirm the mismatch for your account on http://usegalaxy.org. We will recalculate and post back here once corrected. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Best, Jen, Galaxy team

Hi Stacie, Please check your account now, as I just recalculated the disk usage. It is around ~43 GB, which matches the contents of your histories. Thank you for your patience! Jen

HI Jennifer,

Thank you. I just looked and it is recalculated. I am hoping this corrects my segmentation fault error I get with BWA. Stacie

Hi Stacie,

I wouldn't expect a job error due lack of disk space. Instead, jobs will stop queuing for execution and a message about making room in your account will display at the top of the history panel. Besides, the account was not overly full to begin with. Perhaps examine the parameter choices and formatting of the inputs, since these are the most common reasons for errors.

Some troubleshooting help (bit of a laundry list, but still helpful): Error from tools

HI Jen,

Thank you for the link, it was very helpful.

However it seems that there is a disconnect again with the memory utilized in the dataset history files and the % memory allocation indicated at the top right, similar to last week. Would you be able to reset this again? Sorry, Stacie
