Question: location of tool after installed from toolshed

Hi,

Do you know where I can find the actual script(python) of the tool that I installed from toolshed? The one that we can run it in command line. Sorry if this is a duplicated post, but I can't really find it.

With a default installation, these will be at the same directory level as the "galaxy" primary build.

These are the Galaxy wrappers + potential script that are shipped with them. If you are searching for the binaries that are compiled during the tool installation, have a look at Jen's answer.
