Question: History do not refreshed to become green

Dear all,

I am using now Galaxy for NGS analysis. Last week, it was working very well but today I have problems with the refresh history. The files are very well uploaded in the history space but it can't refreshed to become green. So, i can't continue my analysis. Does someone tell me why? What can I do to resolve the problem?

The issue is corrected. Please note that jobs will execute at a slower pace for a while. Thanks for reporting the problem, Jen, Galaxy team

There are many jobs in the queue right now. Your job(s) will execute in the order submitted along with the rest. Once the backlog clears, jobs will execute within the usual time-frame. Thanks, Jen
