Kindly let me know how to add trimmomatic tool to galaxy. I tried to do it through galaxy toolshed, but it says repository installation is not possible due to an invalid galaxy URL. you may need to enable third party cookies in your browser". The third part cookies are enabled in my browser, still not able to install. Kindly suggest me the way out

If so, then the next step is to check with your internet service provider (personal, company, or institution). Some locations have blocks in place that could lead to this sort of issue.
And just to be clear: changes to the tool content at http://usegalaxy.org, or any public server, is only possible by the server's administrator. I do not believe that this tool will be added to usegalaxy,org, but our team will update this reply if that is incorrect or changes.
