Question: Galaxy interface usage

Hi,

I am trying to implement different features of Plink-seq in the galaxy wiki that we have. To start with it, I am thinking of an interface for it as you might be aware which internally operates on xml file calling shell script. I am looking for possibilities of having dropdown in the interface for different inputs and outputs that plink-seq has. So, for that I am not sure how to develop the dropdown feature in xml and then call different commands in the shell script based on the drop down value selected. I hope I am not confusing. Can you think if it is feasible for something like this?

If you meant something else please try to rephrase your need in simple sentences.
