Question: Any miRNAseq tools in GALAXY?

Any plans to integrate tools for miRNAseq analysis?  I am thinking of using miRDeep and miRtools.

I'm not aware of any wrapper, but it's on our ToDo list. We got a small grant to make RNA tools more accessible, this includes Galaxy wrappers.
