Question: Fastq Manipulation Tools In Galaxy

I looked for the Fastq manipulation tools in Galaxy (public web site) but I could not find them. IS there any specific link in Galaxy where these new tools are located? Thanks JoseCarlos

Hello JoseCarlos, The FASTQ tools can be found on the main site, in the left-hand side Tools menu in the 'NGS: QC and Manipulation' section, located near the bottom.
