I'm having this same issue, was curious if you followed Dannon's advice, and whether or not it worked for you.

It *might* be possible to clone a fresh Galaxy instance using standard methods and copy in the new code, but I have not tried this with recent versions of Biolinux and would absolutely recommend testing it first (and backing up everything you have, just in case).
