Actually, you can do this in workflows out of the box in Galaxy (as long as your instance is configured to send mail). All you need to do is edit the workflow, select the step you want to be notified following, and add a Step Action-> Email Notification. On Fri, May 17, 2013 at 9:41 AM, Geert Vandeweyer <
