Question: SnpEff eff regulation options

SnpEff eff has started demanding Regulation options where it previously did not require anything to be entered in this box. I'm getting the message "Parameter regulation requires a value, but has no legal values defined.". What are the options to enter into this box? Thanks, Carey

The SnpEff tool wrappers were just updated a few days ago to version 4.3+T.galaxy3. The updated versions are not on the usegalaxy.org* public servers yet. Reference: Main Tool Shed repository https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/iuc/snpeff/dd3622f501f3

This input should be optional as far as I know so there might be a bug or new usage requirements. As you know, there were a few issues with these tools previously.

We should report this to the IUC (authors) at their Gitter channel: https://gitter.im/galaxy-iuc/iuc. I started the conversation using your post to describe the issue. Please join in at Gitter.
