Question: Bias Correction : Locally cached human reference sequence data

For a cufflinks run, Galaxy detected up human (homo Sapiens) hg19 for the locally cached reference sequence data but , follwoing execution, it returned a pink error msg: "Parameter index requires a value, but has no legal values defined."

I see the problem. The second Condition was not given a label on the form, triggering the tool error (with a red dataset). It looks like you discovered this and have rerun successfully now. Glad that worked out!
