Hi, I am trying to analyze my chip-seq for Histon modifications by the use of SICER. Once I select the samples and the input the program gives me the following error: “SICER is not available for the genome”.

My chip-seq is on mm10 and I inserted the right genome along all the steps. I read somewhere that this genome is not already available on galaxy, is it true?

Hello,

There is an open ticket to add more genomes to this tool. I just asked for an update, please follow progress or comment here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-devteam/issues/390

The genome mm10 is available for most tools, just not this one yet. The alternatives are to use mm9 with this tool or use mm10 based data with a different tool.
