Question: Upload Fast Q file into Trim galore

Hi,

Hope you can help: I don't seem to be able pull-up my fastQ file in Trim galore..as I'd Like to do this before running FASTQC. Thanks.

The tool Trim Galore! accepts fastqsanger inputs. This means that the datatype must be either "fastqsanger" or "fastqsanger.gz" for the tool to recognize the dataset. https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Tool_doesn.27t_recognize_dataset
