Dear Sir/Madam: How do you do?I am a new user of Galaxy. And i have been exploring how to analyse the WGS result of a C.elegans mutant, looking forward to find the mutant gene. In fact, the mutant gene is under N2 backgroud ,and other gene is under both N2 and CB4856 background. So in my view ,i have to get a verison of N2 reference genome as the reference genome, what's more ,i need unfiltered and filtered files about SNPs present in N2. But i have no idea about where and how to get them. The last but not the least query is if there are any version of CB4856 reference genome in wormbase or UCSC? I will appreciate it if you can give me some suggestion . Best Regards Alice
