Question: visualization venn diagram and krona pie chart

Hello!

When I try to do a krona pie chart and venn diagram I have this problem.

"Unfortunately we could not identify a suitable plugin. Feel free to contact us if you are aware of visualizations for this datatype."

I have problems with Newick display task too. This tools can appear in my user.

I didn't find these types of errors in your account at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. I do see some Krona pie chart runs, but they used MetaPlnAn input type (which is not integrated at this server) - only the Taxonomy input type is supported. I personally haven't seen that error message before and no known issues containing it have been reported. The Krona pie chart works fine with Taxonomy input. Newick is not hosted at Galaxy Main.

If you are working at another Galaxy server, contacting the owners of the server would be best. They should be able to help with the issues you are having with Newick as well. For public servers, contact information is generally on the server's home page or you can check for it here: https://galaxyproject.org/public-galaxy-servers/
