Hi, MiModD (https://celegans.de/mimodd/) is now the recommended (see http://hobertlab.org/cloudmap-2/) package for analyzing mutation mapping experiments. It will come to the Galaxy main server first thing in the new year, but you can use it locally now and dealing with your mapping strain is straightforward with it.
