Hi everybody,

Hello,
Trinity is back up and running jobs.
If you have a job that has been gray (queued) for several days, and it still is now, it may need to be rerun. We are expecting "none to a very few" of these cases.
If a newly launched job started today is gray (queued), that is normal. Do not delete/rerun or you will lose your place in the queue. The job will execute when there is a processing node free on the server.
Thanks to all who reported the problem. We appreciate your patience during the configuration fix.

Hello Galaxy team, I uploaded my 24 datasets on 27-04-2018 and started the de-novo assembly. All the files (22) except the two, are still in the queue and waiting for the running.
Is it normal that the jobs such a long time to run? Or there might went something wrong from my side or in the server?
Could you please advise/comment, why it is so.
The Trinity queue can take a few days to start up.
I am also running a test run and contacting our admin to see if there is a problem server-side.
Thanks for reporting the issue and we'll have more feedback soon. If your jobs did startup/finish by now, please let us know.
Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
The delay is server side. For now, please leave queued jobs queued as these are expected to start up first. Our team will post again when the issue is resolved.
The queue is full but processing jobs in the order of submission. More feedback again once fully resolved.
