Hello, I wonder if exists a mini galaxy server which are simple enough for a single lab to run only a limited number of jobs. Galaxy is now too powerful, and too slow. I just want a few functions like adding tools, uploading files, the UI, the user control. So is that possible? Or if we have to develop a new one on ourselves, would you mind give us a few suggestion?

You can also use the Galaxy Docker image, a production ready Docker instance with Galaxy and all other components included.

P.S. What means Galaxy is slow? Are you referring to usegalaxy.org?

Thanks for your help. By saying slow I mean galaxy takes more than 2GB memory and somehow the starting procedure takes too much time(more than 5 mins mostly). And sometimes it takes 2 mins before a job began to run.
