Are there currently any known issues with bowtie2? I've had a couple of jobs that were queued for over 24 hours, restarting them again this morning hasn't resolved the issue. It seems to be specific to bowtie2 as I am able to run other tools without any issue.

Hi Elliot, There are two other reports of cluster delays. Our administrator is looking into this right now.

If you would like us to review your exact history/data/jobs to eliminate other sources of delays (and potentially offer solutions), an email from your Galaxy account's registered email address can be sent to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org.
