Hey guys, So basically i was doing a RNA seq exercise and i accidentally deleted a cufflinks file :((( I tried running it again but it's taking FOREVERRRRRR (10 hours). Is there any way to get my old file back from the back abyss that is the deleted history? D:

If the dataset has been deleted but not permanently deleted it can be recovered.
Click on the "deleted" link at the top of the history panel where "shown/deleted/hidden" are counted up. Click on "deleted" to view these. Open up the dataset you wish to recover and use the link to undelete it. The option to "View deleted datasets" is also under the history menu.
