Dear Galaxy,

I found from two days ago, when I used Bowtie to map my RNAseq data, it either showed error messages, Or even it was run, the read mapped to the reference was incorrect (checked using IdxStats). I realized that is because these two days, I re-run the same samples that I ran before and it gave me the different outcome in terms of mapping rate. Thanks,

Hello,

There are some issues with Galaxy Main at http://usegalaxy.org. Please follow here for details and updates: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/20698/

This error may have been due to recent server issues. Once resolved, rerun the job to eliminate that cause. If it fails again, we can help examine job runs to see what the root cause is. I have never seen this particular issue come up before and it would be good to correct if there is a true tool problem. If you submit a bug report, please include a link to this post. https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Reporting_tool_errors

Thanks for posting about the problem, Jen, Galaxy team
