Question: How to combine genotypes into one VCF file?

Hi, I have tried using VCF combine to merge 3 files from 3 different individuals into a single VCF file showing all 3 genotypes, but it doesn't work. I just get back a single genotype instead of all 3. Is there another tool that would be more appropriate? Thanks, Amy
