Hello,

I just finished running differential expression analysis using cuffdiff. The end result is in a tabular file format. I would like to do some further manipulation with the data. Is there a way to convert the tabular file to an excel file or something else other than fasta?

Thank you,

Moti

Hi, You should be able to open the tabular file directly in excel. Make sure to enter the appropriate delimiter for your data (e.g. 'tab') while opening it in excel.
