There is no option to speed this up, you have to wait. That said this should only take few minutes max, are you still seeing it?
Yes,i waiting but its exist yet. I think its mean that this assembly is a new dataset and newly added, and this message occured. maybe i use old assembly this message will not occure but i cant use an old version.

well it seems Galaxy does not have the bosTau8 reference; please request it using the mentioned way of reporting

there is a 'bug' icon button on each red dataset, click it, fill the report, and submit
