Hi Maria,
I see that Nicola is helping you on the galaxy-dev@lists.galaxyproject.org mailing list. That is a good place to work out the details for this - more of the development community tracks the posts there than here and I am sure they are following along. (Although some follow both)
Still - we can leave this open for a day or so here, with the goal of trying to not duplicate content/effort. Should this get resolved on the dev list, before I notice and close it here, you can do that also with a reply post.
