See the wiki page https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/NGSLocalSetup for information about how to set up data and loc files for our NGS tools. loc files now work in conjunction with data tables, so also see the wiki page https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy- central/wiki/DataTables . You can always look in tool_data_table_conf.xml.sample for the expected columns in a given loc file. Let us know if you run into any issues. Regards, Kelly
