Question: Import docker containers on a galaxy instance

I have a question about Galaxy and docker integration. How you can import a docker image to a Galaxy instance in order to work together?

if you have Galaxy configured to use Docker and your tools do support BioContainers, then Galaxy should be able to download images for you on-the-fly as needed.

Also i would appreciate it a lot if you could write a complete guide on how to install Jupyter on my Galaxy instance.

Strictly yes, but I would recommend you to create a BioContainer, by submitting a recipe to BioConda.
