Question: Tophat runs stay at the "This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet" for days.

Hi There!

I am experiencing some problems with Tophat. I have launched several analyses and it stays at the "This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet" stage without proceeding forward. It has now been one day without progress. I do not think there is a problem with my Fastq input files, since using them previoulsy (2 weeks ago) succeeded. There might be some problem with Tophat or my account...

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Jobs were backed up on the server. This is now resolved. Jobs should start running smoother near term. Avoid deleting/restarting. See "Grey" datasets here for more: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute
