Question: Bowtie2 problems dataset not available

Hello!

To do mapping using bowtie2, I have a message with "No fastqsanger dataset available". It is possible that I have to do any extra step to submit the dataset?

change your fastq to fastqsanger either with fastqgroomer or if you already have them in the sanger quality format you can just change it when you import them to the extension fastqsanger.
