          How can i Overlapping/Intersecting Tracks in IGV. I have 2 peaks in seperate Bed files. For the sake of publication if i have to overlap (i guess to show differential binding in Chip-seq data) the peaks. how and which software can i do this. will the out be visible in IGV browser?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you would like to do differential binding site analysis you can use the tool diffbind. If you just want to display to separated peak file you can load both of them in IGV as different tracks.

Yes it is. IGV can be used for most of the visualisation tasks, to produce the needed files you can use Galaxy tools.
