Question: How to make uploaded data available in Huttenhower galaxy

Hello, I successfully uploaded several HiSeq bacterial shot gun metagenomic datasets to the main galaxy page. Is there a way to make them available for the Huttenhower galaxy software suite. I could not figure out how to get the FTP upload option working for the Huttenhower galaxy, thus would like to transfer the data from the main galaxy site to the Huttenhower galaxy site. Is there is way please let me know, Thanks, Josef
