Question: to block option in tools in workflow

Hi everybody,

I would like to know how I can block some options in the tools incorporating in my workflow ?

Because, certain options are defined by the developer.

The tool wrapper could be modified (xml) for the display and any line-command execution options that are required/fixed could be hard coded (py or other). This area of the Galaxy wiki covers tool development, plus you can look at examples in the Tool Shed: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Develop
