Question: Seattleseq annotation output question

I am a pharmacology graduate with no bioinformatic training, but have been making my way slowly analysing exomes using galaxy. I have generated a vcf file which I have input into seattle seq for annotation.
I am a bit confused with some of the output in the chromosome column (I understand what 1-22, X, Y and M mean), and was hoping someone could help me decipher what some of these other labels are referring to (see screenshot).
