Question: Removing a single base from 3' end of the reads using "Clip" option

Hello,

I need to remove a single base i.e. C from the 3' end of all of my reads. I tried doing it using CLIP adapter option but it seems like it doesn't accept or recognize a single base as a custom adapter sequence. How can I do it ? Please help.

UPDATED!

This tool will work if the length is fixed. Set the 3' offset to cut off the "C". Set the 5' offset to "0".

Let us know if you need one for variable length data. This tool may still work, but with different options.
