Question: galaxy job waiting time

Hello

What is the waiting time for the jobs that were assigned. I have assigned a job with cufflinks, and it stays ' job waiting to run' for the past 5 hours ! ?

Unfortunately some of our compute resources are down, which has led to needing to "reclaim" some of them from the queue we send our long running jobs like cufflinks to. This means that there is currently a wait on those long running jobs.

We'll be restoring access to the Stampede supercomputer at TACC shortly, which may help with wait times (wait times on Stampede tend to vary throughout the day).

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I don't have an estimate of when we'll be back at full capacity.
