Question: Is there an issue or just longer than normal wait times..?

Afternoon all,

We've been waiting on some mapping (TopHat) for around 4 hours now and the job is still at the "grey with exclamation mark" stage. Whilst we usually encounter a wait for these jobs to complete, they never usually hang in this grey phase for so long.

Yes, the jobs were likely just queued. Jobs should go smoother starting today than in the recent weeks. Glad is going! Jen, Galaxy team
